Puppies, ....4 days old!

Puppies are gaining weight and growing fast. By the time they are one week old, they all should double their birth weight. So far, all are on track to do just that.

Yesterday, they had their very first outing. At 4 p.m. yesterday, they had an appointment with my vet, to have their front dew claws removed. He joked about "docking" their tails....NOT funny!

Still, at this point in time, I'm not sure what color one of the little boys is. What I'm thinking we have as color, so far, is 3 liver girls, 4 black girls, at least 1 black boy, and the jury's still trying to decide on the other boy. Only time will tell, so hopefully in a few days, I'll know.

Haven't decided on names to call them yet, but I'm thinking of town/cities, in Colorado, or after old time Movie stars. I'm kind of leaning toward the latter. Of course none of the names we call them, has to stay with them after they are in their new homes.
